Materials

Worsted weight yarn (4-medium)

I-9 (5.50mm) crochet hook

Fabric scissors

Yarn needle, to weave ends

Gauge

2 puff stitches x 2 rows is 1″

*Change the hook size to obtain the gauge.

sc-single crochet

puff st-puff stitch

Washcloth/Dishcloth

Starting with blue yarn,

ch 25

Row 1: puff st in 3rd ch from hook, ch 1, sk next ch, *puff st in next st, ch 1, sk next ch* repeat * to * 9 times, puff st in next st. ch 2, turn

Row 2: *puff st in ch 1 you made in previous row, ch 1*repeat * to * 10 more times, puff st in turning ch, turn

Repeat row 2 4 more times

Cut yarn and change to green yarn.

Row 7: ch 2, *puff st in ch 1 you made in previous row, ch 1* repeat * to * 10 more times, puff st in turning ch

Repeat row 7 3 more times

Cut yarn and change to cream yarn.

Row 11: ch 2, turn, *puff st in ch 1 you made in previous row, ch 1* repeat * to * 10 more times, puff st in turning ch

Repeat row 11 1 more time than cut yarn, fasten off, weave ends
