Corner-to-Corner Lap Throws for the Family Book Review

This Corner-to-Corner Lap Throws for the Family pattern book published by Annie's Crochet has got to be my favorite review so far! Who doesn't love Sarah Zimmerman's patterns? They never fail to please, and that is no exception for this book. Five patterns with one that has a customizing option! How much better could it get than that? This book includes a fox, owl, raccoon, hedgehog, stripes, snowman, sheep and moon with stars lap throws.

My favorite pattern:

Woodland Animals

Picking my favorite pattern as usual was hard. But the Woodland Animals pattern allows for so much customizing how could you not love it? You can decide which order you want to put the squares, the color possibilities, size option, and yarn weight. If you want, you could probably even turn the squares into pillows! Not to mention it's skill level is easy.

If you want to make it just like the pattern but are worried it will cost a lot, don't worry! It's made of everyone's favorite, worsted weight Red Heart Super Saver yarn with an H crochet hook. Oh, I forgot to tell you! Some of my favorite animals are in there. Can you guess what they are? Fox, and owl. Two of the most adorable animals!

As most books, this one has a stitch guide, stitch abbreviations, US to UK terms, metric conversion charts, and yarn conversion chart.

Here are the rest of the patterns.

This is definitely a pattern book worth investing in!

Thank you to Sarah Zimmerman for sponsoring this post!
