I’ve made several of your adorable animal hat patterns with no problem but I can’t understand how to make the mouth for this monkey. Don’t know where to join after Rnd 1. In Rnd 2 after I ch 1, sc in next 9 and 2sc in next stitch I’m at the end of my round. So I joineded, then repeated the directions for the second part of Rnd 2, then went on to Rnd 3 which is obviously incorrect. Is there a video or can you explain how to complete the mouth?

Are the colors reversed for the eyes and mouth? In pattern it has light brown yarn for ears, and brown for eyes. Ot should be the other way around right?
