Oven Mitt Set Crochet Pattern

This Oven Mitt Set can be a quick last minute present that is thoughtful and season appropriate. #crochetmittens #crochetpattern #crochetlove #crochetaddict

It’s holiday season, which means a lot of us are going to be spending more time in the kitchen.

Cooking up feasts and helping the family prepare for guests. So, in the spirit of the season, I’ve stitched up an Oven Mitt Set. It’s perfect for baking pies or roasting a turkey.

The set has a pattern for a pot holder and an oven mitt worked in a half double crochet V stitch. I made mine using a Berroco Pima yarn which is 100% cotton. It’s a 4 ply yarn which adds extra cushion (perfect for an oven mitt) and it’s soft and luxurious too.

This set would make a wonderful holiday gift. Make it for Secret Santa or throw it in a holiday gift basket.  I made mine in a beautiful pale pink shade, but you can make yours in whatever color is most festive.
