Guess what time it is?! Football time! I'm over here getting ready for football season, and thought y'all might like some Football Hats. Of course I had to put my own spin on the Football Hat. This hat can remain just the country style or add a bow for girls or even a top hat for boys. Do your athletic guys not like dressing up? Well this is a fun way to trick them into a top hat…

Lacing
You will need CB yarn and a yarn needle. In between CB yarn on the hat, hand stitch a line with CB yarn vertically, on the front middle of the hat. Then hand stitch 2 horizontal lines over the vertical line. Cut yarn, tie both ends together, and weave ends if you please.
Bow
With CC yarn, J hook and a yarn needle, I used this Plain Jane Bow Pattern. After making the bow, I attached the bow to the hat with CC yarn. You can place it wherever you would like. I chose to angle it to the top right side as shown in the photos.
Mini Top Hat
With CD yarn, J hook, stuffing and a yarn needle, I used this Mini Top Hat Pattern. After making the mini top hat, I stuffed it with stuffing and hand stitched it to the hat of the hat, tipped to the side with CD yarn and a yarn needle.

Back seam view.
I hope y'all enjoyed the Football Hat Crochet Pattern!
