Ch 3
Round 1: 5 cluster in 3rd ch from hook, join in top of ch 3 (5 cluster sts)
Round 2: slst in next st, ch 2, 2 cluster sts around, join in top of ch 2 (10 cluster sts)
Round 3: slst in next st, ch 2, *2 cluster sts in next st, cluster st in next st* repeat * to * 4 more times, join in top of ch 2 (15 cluster sts)
Round 4: slst in next st, ch 2, 2 cluster sts in next st, cluster st in next 6 sts, 2 cluster sts in next st, cluster st in next 7 sts, join in top of ch 2 (17 cluster sts)
Rounds 5-8: slst in next st, ch 2, cluster st in each st around, join in top of ch 2 (17 cluster sts)
