G-6 (4.00mm) crochet hook
2 small black buttons for eyes
Fabric scissors
Yarn needle, to weave ends

3 dc stitches x 2 rows is 1″

- attach the nose in between the checks
Whiskers
- with gray yarn and a yarn needle
- make 3 horizontal lines on each side of the nose (as seen in photos)
Eyes
- with white yarn, a yarn needle, and 2 small black buttons
- attach the eyes just above the nose
Ears (Make 2)
With orange yarn.
ch 2
Row 1: 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook, join (6 sts)
Row 2: ch 1, 2 sc in each st around, join (11 sts)
Rows 3-4: ch 1, sc in each st around, join (11 sts)
Row 5: ch 1, sc dec around, join, cut yarn, fasten off, weave ends (6 sts)
- with orange yarn and a yarn needle
- attach the ears on top of the hat
